The Austrian Team which last September chose Sangiorgio Marine for an important refit of the VO65, won third place in the general classification for its class at the 2023 Ocean Race.
A great emotion and satisfaction for Sangiorgio Marine, who supported and ideally sailed with an amazing team up to the home docks, in Genoa, where the Grand Finale of the event was celebrated in recent days. The Ocean Race closes with a positive balance for the shipyard, which in addition to seeing “its” guys on the podium, launched ecoracer30, the first totally recyclable boat, together with NL Composites.
The Genoese Grand Finale was a busy week: sport, sailing, friends getting together, talks, and great opportunities opening up for the future. We will see some good ones!
