Genoa confirms its excellence in the construction of boats dedicated to racing yachts and also lands in the world of the America's Cup with the Sangiorgio Marine shipyards, part of the Genova Industrie Navali group
On the occasion of the Cannes Boat Show, Bluegame, a brand of the San Lorenzo Group, presented the innovative project of the chase boat (support boat) in view of the most famous and ancient sailing trophy in world.
The boat, foiling and powered by hydrogen, will be built by the Genoese shipyard Sangiorgio Marine chosen by the San Lorenzo Group for its innovative skills in the construction of high-tech boats in composite material.
This is the second project in the racing world for the newly born Genoese company, which in mid-August delivered Ambrogio Beccaria’s Class40 “Alla Grande – Pirelli” racing sailboat.
